The Bonomi 8P0134 stainless steels ball valve features a spring return actuator and is available in 10 sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 3 inches. The Bonomi 8P0134 valve is built with a Stainless Steel body along with a stainless steel ball. The Bonomi 8P0134 includes a PTFE seat material with an O-ring backing allowing for low operating torque. The valve has a full port, a blowout proof stem along with a double acting spring release actuator. The Bonomi Valves are legendary for quality and reliability.

The torque of a spring return actuator is not constant but decreasing. This is due to the action of the springs that when compressed during air actuation counteract the piston movement and accumulate energy which will be available in a decreasing way during the rotation inversion.
The torque given by the actuator is defined by four fundamental values.

Opening rotation

MAD = Actuator torque with unfolded springs
MAC = Actuator torque with compressed springs

Closing rotation

MMC = Torque with compressed springs.
MMD = Torque with unfolded springs
