The Bonomi 8E064LF-01 ball valve lead free brass is available in 6 sizes ranging from Sizes 1/2" to 2". The valve is built with a brass body along with Stainless Steel brass ball. The Bonomi 8E064LF-01 includes a PTFE seat material with an O-ring backing allowing for low operating torque. The valve has a full port, a blowout proof stem along with a electric actuator. The Bonomi Valves are legendary for quality and reliability. The lead-free 8E064LF is the first electric actuated full port direct mount ball valve package to meet all requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), without the addition of bismuth or silicon to replace lead in the brass. Under the SDWA, EPA sets standards for drinking water quality and with its partners implements various technical and financial programs to ensure drinking water safety. The 8E064LF-01 features performance-matched Valbia actuators, made with techno-polymer gears and hardened steel pinions.

• Housing of the actuators provides a V0 self-extinguish class techno-polymer material with 0/10 VDC or 4-20 mA Positioning actuator 
• Kinematics is made by steel and techno-polymer gear wheels, sustained by hardened steel pinions, mounted on self-lubricating bushes and inserted in a strong structure of die-cast aluminum (excluding mod. VB015).
• The connection part of the actuators with the valves, is made by a die-casted and painted aluminum plate cataphoresis, with a dual drilling interface as per the ISO5211-DIN 3337 Standard.
• The electronic circuit adjusts automatically the motor speed depending on the mechanical load variations in order to drive the cycle always in the same time.
• The whole range of actuators is provided with an electronic safety system for the torque control (torque limiter).
